Having the Ccleaner open you will notice a "Tools" button on the left hand side of your program menu. |

Upon clicking this button the screen will change to display "Uninstall". This is another way uninstall programs in case you have problems using the uninstaller provided by Windows. |

On the right hand side you will find three tabs; "Run Uninstaller", "Rename Entry", and "Delete Entry". If you want to use Ccleaner to uninstall on or many of your programs simply highlight the program and select the appropriate button.
On the bottom of the program window you will also notice an option to "Save to text file...". This options write all of your installed programs to a log file. |

Upon clicking the 'Startup' button it will display the processes allowed to run when Windows first starts here. This is a direct alternative to using Msconfig. When you have identified a process that you want to eliminate from starting along with Windows, simply highlight the entry and click the 'Delete Entry' button on the bottom of the program window. |
